  I ordered 1 sandwich for delivery and it took over an hour to arrive. The sandwich was no longer cool it had been in the delivery car for over 30 minutes. I called the store and was told it had been out for delivery for about 25 minutes at that time. It arrived 15 minutes after my call. Terrible

  It’s raining and the man at the window didn’t know how to use Apple Pay my car inside is soaked and I had to ask for napkins multiple times and he gave them to me with an attitude. I told them light lettuce and to put extra crispy onions they did not very disappointed today

  A bit of time ago, I was sold moldy bread at 9 months pregnant. They insisted it wasn’t mold, but it was. Today, they delivered my order to the wrong address while I was waiting right by the window and never received it. The customer service is terrible, I called right away to let them know when the app updated that my order had been delivered, the person on the phone was snappy and insisted I wait a couple seconds. I never received it, i called back & they were rude and would not admit to their mistake. I definitely don’t recommend this place!

  Handed delivery off to uber eats, took over an hour, missing items in delivery order, nobody answering the phone at the store
