  Service/communication here is not the best, unfortunately. They hardly even greet you or respond. I came back because they made my sandwich wrong and completely forgot to put any meat in it. I politely told them that my sandwich was made wrong. They didn't bother to respond to me or tell me they were making me a new sandwich, stood there and stared at me, and then another worker just handed me a new sandwich. Except they made this one wrong too because they didn't bother to ask me or check the receipt and make it with the toppings I removed/added on. Maybe third time would have been a charm but I didn't even bother going back a second time :/

  I ordered 5 meals. I received the sandwiches one side and 4 drinks. The sandwiches weren't made correctly, which I ignored. I was going to ignore the missing drink. I called to get my sides and they sent someone back out, and still got it wrong. I asked for a refund, they can only refund the items I didn't receive. Not even a compromise, a credit a 20% off, a free sandwich coupon, even a gift card. We don't care that my sandwiches were wrong. My drinks were wrong. My sides didn't even exist the first time. $80 on food and no customer service to ensure I got what I needed. I wasn't even upset they had to come back out the second time. But wouldn't you double check and make sure you get it right the second time?? Super frustrating.

  The workers were terrible. Got a cold greeting and after ordering food they mocked the customers for eating a sandwich, like what?? Like never heard someone getting slandered so bad for ordering food.

  They were completely closed on a Friday at 3:30pm for no apparent reason. We needed a place to eat and pee after coming off the highway. Both Google and Apple maps said it was open, but it was all locked up.

  very disturbed by what just happened to me. a lazy employee refused to give me an extra box for the catering order i was trying to place. i asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, he then lied further and said he was the general manager. no general manager would turn away a multi hundred dollar catering order over a box. yall are just rude and nasty here
