  Well ate here once before and I came tonight to get a quick sandwich. Took forever to get a response until I asked if they were open. Then I ordered and she said nothing but you can pull up.. not what I wanted on it or nothing. She was to busy checking her messages on her watch.

  I bought 3 tricky Tom raps and had like no Turkey on them. Terrible, never go back.

  They do not always have a delivery driver but will still take delivery orders. Took over twenty minutes and for myself to call about my order before I was told there was "no way for them to deliver it" now I have to wait 3-4 business days for my refund AND I have no lunch. They should Not accept delivery orders if unable to do so themselves if I wanted to Doordash I would use Doordash. This company has gone significantly downhill in quality but ESPECIALLY customer service. I would have offered a free meal or some kind of compensation but no. I was just told "this is what my boss is telling me to do". Terrible experience and lost a life long customer today.
