  I accidentally input my online order for the wrong store 🤦🏻‍♂️ This location was so sweet about it and called to cancel the order at the other location and took care of me. That was such a kind gesture and I can’t imagine why anyone would give this location less than 5 stars. It’s the day before payday and Christmas wiped me out, I couldn’t afford to buy it again so you guys were the reason I ate lunch today. I greatly appreciate it, and I’ll be tipping generously on my next order. Thank you ❤️

  This place was good. I did not notice any unkind or rude behavior from the staff, contrary to what most of the comments indicated. It's a fast food restaurant, not a Michelin-starred establishment. BTW, Jimmy John's sandwiches are always delicious.

  Awful experience. (10.27.2023 20:10 Visit) - I went in to pick up my stuff but they did not have my food. They asked me for receipt saying maybe I order from different store. They were wrong. - They made some machine excuses without saying sorry. Staff who was making sandwich just grabbed receipt from the table and threw it in the trash bin. I am not sure it was mine but it seemed like he clearly messed up something there. Later he lost something again and talking about his mistake with other stuff screaming and giggling when I was clearly pissed. - After 10 minutes, the guy making a sandwich called my name and gave me 2 sandwiches to me by hands without putting into paper bag. I also ordered 1 bag of chip so I think they are just trying to mess with me for sure. He did not give me the receipt as well. - I picked "Cut in half" option but they did not cut it. I am giving 2 stars just because I like Jimmy John's food. Store for this specific store is 0 stars overall.
