- KPKaty pieOct 5, 20261.0I’m honestly starting to hate this place. If you’re working in the U.S., you should be able to communicate clearly with customers in English. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with my order. I’ve repeatedly gotten the wrong order when using the drive-thru, and every time, something gets messed up. There’s a little lady who often takes the orders, and unfortunately, she has gotten my order wrong multiple times.This time, I finally got my order, but the portion was not even enough. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly don’t want to come back to this place again. This used to be one of my favorite places, but ever since the newer employees started working here, the experience has become horrible. It’s really disappointing to see a place I used to love go downhill like this.

I had to repeat my order several times as she kept ringing it up wrong every time. Then called a co worker over who also didnt understand any English. They still put it in wrong and over charged me. I kept repeating my order and finally got through. Then they sat in a group of 4 or 5 staring, whispering, and giggling instead of making items. I bolted without asking for a refund and the drink I ordered was supposed to be a large but was more like a medium put in a large cup. If you want to talk about businesses discriminating against hiring practices, this would be the place.

Pinky is the sweetest and one of my fave employees who works very hard and knows when I change up my order, cause I go almost everyday. Everyone is sweet and the food and drinks are always good, I definitely recommend this store in town if you’re wanting good drinks and friendly people

The staff are often disrespectful and unwelcoming, and there seems to be a lack of understanding when taking orders. My drinks are frequently made incorrectly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Really disappointed with how this location has changed !!
