The owner of this location does not support their staff for the “chipotlane.” I had to wait 40 minutes from my expected time, just to decide that it would be faster to get a refund and go to the better prepared chipotle on campus. They only staffed one person for all the to-go orders. Please pay your workers and staff your restaurant. Do not go here till then.

worst service i’ve ever experienced. ordered to be picked up at 10:20, didn’t receive our food until 10:45. they weren’t busy, we were the only ones in there besides 2 people who already had their food and another person who came in after us. got there at 10:20 and our food hadn’t even been started yet, had to show them we ordered pick up before they even checked their system for our order. the employees were openly talking about how they wanted to leave early and about how they put away specific food items early to do so. they had put away items we had paid extra for and didn’t do anything about it. watched the employee make himself food before starting ours. one of the items we ordered was a cheese quesadilla with a side of rice and a side of sour cream. they not only made the quesadilla wrong, but just filled a bowl with rice and sour cream on top of it. after we got our food, they locked up, and started messing around, throwing things at each other, dancing around, etc. i’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location, but this is by far the worst.

I’ve gone to this chipotle four times since it opened. I usually go during non-rush hours Saturday afternoons. Every time I’ve gone, it has been unacceptable service, even walking out once. I’ve waited 15+ minutes when there are less than five people in front of me in line each time.
I understand not all staff works on the assembly line serving customers (some work drive through, prepare food, clean, etc.). There is no sense of urgency and I’ve observed staff seemingly dilly dallying instead of stepping up to help customers when the line is out the door. Not to mention the pile of dirty dishes behind the food assembly line which doesn’t pass the health inspection eye test.

This location has a serious staffing and operations problem.
During peak demand, there is often only one person working the line, which creates an unnecessary bottleneck. The employees appear to be working hard, but the system they are being placed in is not set up for success. Adding even one additional person to the line during busy periods would likely double throughput, improve the customer experience, and reduce the number of people who simply walk away or decide not to come in at all.
The issue is not effort from the employees. The issue is management’s failure to recognize that extreme labor cutting eventually becomes revenue cutting. When customers know the line will move slowly, they stop considering this location as a realistic option. That is a major problem for a brand that used to be known for speed, consistency, and quality.
Study Chick-fil-A, where staffing, line management, and customer flow are treated as core parts of the business instead of expenses to minimize. This location does not need a complicated fix. It needs enough people in the right positions at the right times.
The current model is costing Chipotle customers, sales, and reputation.
Don’t come here. 1) they can’t even wrap a burrito right…imagine wrapping a burrito and seeing it rip apart and still deciding to wrap the burrito with only one foil? 2) I don’t know why we are throwing receipts at ppl?? 3) i’ve gone to chipotle every where else and have never had people stare at me rude and pretend not to see me?? 3) I asked for a medium cup..got a small, overall, these ppl r rude, it’s your job to serve us, stop acting like we forced you to work here 😭
