I am somewhat hard of hearing, but the person giving me the food was not understanding at all. They were extremely rude. They sloppily added my food together in small portions, and refused to look me in the eye. They gave me no time to consider what I was getting. I will not be coming to this location while this person is at the front. This kind of service was shameful.

Depends a lot on the person who serves you. Some people give more, some less. There was one guy who gave me like 5 beans and got angry when I asked for more lol, but he got fired a while back. Food is decent if you get a full bowl, but yall be careful about eating here too much, they drop the whole damn Morton salt box into their food hahah. Too much much sodium. Chicken al pastor is fire tho.

I just want chipotle. ): every single time I order it’s always small portions for 20+ dollars. both stores in this town need to have corporate involved. But it won’t stop until people quit giving them their money.

The steak and chicken taste like trash. They don't seem to understand a little or a tiny amount when adding ingredients.

This incident happened on June 29, 2026, at approximately 4:31 PM. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The manager, Joyce, yelled at an employee who was prepping food because he left a towel on top of the counter. The way she handled it was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, to the point where all the customers noticed and looked away. What made it even worse is that this employee appeared to be the only one prepping at the time, and he was keeping up while doing a great job. His table was clean, and that work area was honestly one of the cleanest stations I have seen at a Chipotle in the past few months. He was clearly working hard and doing his job well, so seeing him get yelled at like that was very disappointing. When an employee who is doing a great job is treated that way in front of customers, it shows that something is wrong. During my visit, Joyce was also texting on her phone. When I asked about my mobile order, all she said was, “Too bad, I’m off the clock.” I then asked another team member in the kitchen for help, and he apparently had the same attitude. He laughed in my face and said, “Her name is Boss Man, what’s your name?” I also want to add that this is really sad because I’ve never had this kind of experience at Chipotle before. The food is great, and I’ve always enjoyed eating there, but this visit was extremely uncomfortable. The way the situation was handled on the floor was unprofessional and embarrassing to witness. I would not want one of my kids to see or experience anything like that. For now, I will be staying away from Chipotle. I usually visit Chipotle about four times a month, but I will now try to find another place where I can eat in peace and where managers treat customers properly and represent the company with professionalism. This sends a very bad image of the company, which is unfortunate because the food is great. This experience was disappointing and completely changed how I feel about visiting that location.
