  Was hair in my food horrible customer service didn’t open when they were supposed to, and when I went to tell the manager about it because after I found my hair in my food, I decided to return it and ask for a refund She was extremely smug. Very rude made comment spoke over me was not apologetic and had a horrible attitude. If I could give this store, a zero I definitely want the food is never fresh. It’s always old and the customer service has to be the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life

  I totally avoid going to this place. The restaurant has a very bad smell inside, and the tables are not cleaned properly. Everywhere I looked, I could see trash and a lot of mess. The entire place feels very unorganized. The kitchen and dining area are not maintained clean, and the food serving areas are messy and unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness standards are very poor. I will never go to this place again.

  Loud, half of the menu items were not available. Really upsetting, this used to be my favorite place. I asked if i could get a discount since they were out of half of the add ons.. they said it was a good idea but not something they do. It was 2 hours prior to closing. No reason they should have been out.

  $13 …. every time i come in the chicken is never ready past 8 pm . (Settled for hot honey) Half the toppings aren’t ready and you can tell by the attitude to not ask :) . Like no cheese? no cilantro … Mind you, I came here yesterday at 9:30, they were already shut down for the night. I wish i could close 30 min early at my retail job too.

  I'm a big Chipotle fan. This location and the one on campus are the two worst locations I've been to. The service is often poor, it's always dirty and the quality of food is usually a miss than a hit. Looking forward to the new location on Neil opening soon. I hope it's ran by different people. Will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes not to go to this location again.
