  Did an online order today. After 25 minutes past the expected pick up time (40 minutes since the order) I was still 2 orders behind even being started. When I asked the woman at checkout to just cancel my order and give me a refund they said they can’t do that and I need to call a 1-800 number. Sounds like management is completely disconnected from their customers and employees if an order can’t be canceled in the store. I usually go here once a week but I’ll be finding somewhere else to spend my money.

  Don't bother ordering online as it takes longer than just driving and ordering inside. Ordered 15 minutes ahead and had to wait almost half an hour after I arrived / the designated time get my food. While about 20 people that ordered inside got there food.

  didnt get any food because the servers were so rude and were not communicating with eachother nor the customers when they ran out of so many ingredients.

  Ordered thru DoorDash— order was completely wrong. The bag and bowl top had my name and what was requested, but the bowl had a completely different order. My sister has also had issues with ordering online from the location in the past. Would not recommend

  As the person said before me the chipotle on prospect does have a dirty mop bucket general smell radiating in there. So my son and I go to make our order and he tries to get a steak bowl well they are out of steak so he changes to chicken and they are out of chicken now he’s generally confused as to what to put on his bowl they have 7 people working and apparently no one thought to make chicken or steak at 6pm on a Friday. The place was not busy so I don’t understand how you’re out of everything. They were also out of guac. Again 7 people standing there doing nothing maybe one could mop to remove the stench in there. Very dissapointing. My friend was there recently and they were completely out of rice. So don’t go to the prospect location and expect any type of full menu. Bad service Bad smell limited food options Do better Chipotle your corporate should be embarrassed of the effort and quality at this location. Someone should be fired. At least the smell lets you know you’re in for a trash experience !!!!,
