  Very skimpy servings, there's literally a manager there telling the employees to put less of everything into what your ordering right in front of you. And its expensive and not worth the price. Customer satisfaction is not the main goal here. 👎

  We ordered from this location through Door Dash and this is the second or third time we didn't get everything. This time my daughter got the kid's Quesadilla that's supposed to come with chips, but there were no chips. The containers that came with her food were disgustingly dirty and for some reason they sent us two random cups for water, which we didn't request. From looking at other reviews, the management seems to working to put out fires caused by their staff but they don't seem to be doing anything to stop the fires from happening. This seems like a failure from management and an apathetic mindset.

  Gosh do I love Chipotle, but this has to be the worst I’ve ever been in. At 6:40 pm, they didn’t have chicken or veggies, with no plan to make any for the rest of the night. And, they had so little steak that if you went that route, you got half of a portion so they could spread it out. It was also the most filthy chipotle I’ve ever been in. Not one table was clean. Had to go outside and found one of five or six outside that were clean. There was no garbage bag in the garbage. You just threw it to the floor. And while there’s almost no expectation for even neutral service at some fast food spots, service was an absolute zero! If I management, I close down for a few days, clean the place up and find some new minimum wage workers!

  Restaurant was dirty. Not a single table was clean. Also out of most toppings! Nice chicken or veggies and nit even making more. Could only fill 3 of the 4 orders for family dinner.

  I usually try to be understanding of fast food workers, but there's really no other way to say it-- the people who work here are jerks. They don't clean, they don't prep food properly, and they don't care about service. I've walked in multiple times to have a stare-down with the line worker who quite clearly have some sort of issue with asking even the most minimal and non-servile version of "what do you want?". EDIT: The regurgitated "so sorry to hear that" responses from who I assume either represent corporate or the franchise owner is a symptom of the problem. No care to want to run a business properly because there's no accountability. The owner/and or corporate assume that it's Chipotle so there'll always be more customers. How'd that work for Sears?
