  Served me an expired slice of cheesecake. I am pregnant and well aware of how serious food borne illnesses are. This is disgusting, new training is needed immediately for your staff. You’re going to get someone seriously ill.

  we waiting almost 20 minutes at a table before anyone came to talk to us or take our order and we were misinformed by another employee about one pf they're specials then the server was pretty much acting dumb the whole time. went to eat at culvers instead. not worth anyones time

  Very slow service order the bottomless app and only got it replaced once never came back and ask. Food took very long to come out. Restrooms was dirty and paper towels was left on the counter where water was soaking them when people was washing their hands.

  It’s a shame . I really enjoy BWW when traveling . But today I got ripped off . Bartender was great . Atmosphere was great . What’s there to worry about ? Well I’ll tell you what . 20 mins before closing and I’m missing items of my food with only 3 tables in the place . There more worried about closing then making sure my order was correct . I had a sampler . Pretzels ( no beer cheese ) that’s the whole reason I got it. . Got wings . Half my wings were plain and the other half had barely any sauce if any. Ordered wedges with salt and vinegar seasoning . Didn’t get my seasoning I paid for . Paid for extra carrots and celery. Didn’t get that either . Asked for ranch on the side . I got 8 containers of blue cheese . My sampler came with the NEW Hawaiian mini burgers . Well my burger was burnt and had so many onions that all I tasted was burnt meat and onions . Completely let down . By the time I got my food , my over arrived so I left to be kind of closing time . Big mistake . I tried calling . No answer . Like seriously ? I would expect this treatment at McDonalds . I was kind . Polite . Tipped well . And this is the service I received.

  Food is the same as every other as we so no issue there. The customer service however, is the WORST of any franchise I’ve ever been to. In person, they’ll take forever to even acknowledge you at the host stand, then they’ll take forever to seat you. Usually see a lot of unbussed tables as well, even when it’s not super busy. If you call, they take forever to answer or just don’t answer at all, and if you order by mobile, there’s a good chance they’ll get it wrong. Not sure what’s up with the staff there..they are either understaffed or just don’t care about the customers, or maybe both.
