    Went on Saturday! Service was slow, drinks needed refill and as soon as we were in the restaurant the health inspector came and put a thing on the door saying it’s not up to standards which make you feel pretty gross about the food you just ate. The didn’t put our sauce on the side and didn’t even get our sides of sauce, I guess they are having a fruit fly problem! It just felt gross and grimy.

    Very disappointed with my experience tonight. At around 11:30 PM, about 30 minutes before closing, I specifically asked the cashier if we could still place an order. She said yes, so we went ahead and ordered 15 traditional wings, a Caesar salad, and potato wedges. After placing the order, we were told that they could not make the Caesar salad because they had already cleaned up. That’s understandable, so we agreed to replace it with ultimate nachos (without chicken because they said the grill had already been cleaned) and onion rings. When we got home and opened the order, we discovered that the ultimate nachos were completely missing. On top of that, I later realized that the potato wedges were not even listed on the receipt, even though we clearly ordered them. It seems the cashier never entered that item into the system, which is why we never received it. The biggest disappointment was the wings. I ordered the exact same wings just two days ago and they were excellent. Tonight’s wings were completely different. They were barely warm, not fresh, and not cooked well. It honestly felt like old wings were sitting around and someone simply poured sauce on top right before serving them. The sauce wasn’t properly mixed or coated into the wings, and the quality was nowhere near what I normally expect. What frustrates me most is that if the kitchen was already shutting down and couldn’t properly prepare the food, I would have preferred being told that before ordering. I specifically asked if it was okay to order, and only after being told yes did we place the order. Instead, we ended up paying for food that was missing and received wings that were low quality and not enjoyable to eat. By the time we discovered all these issues, the store had already closed, so there was no way to return and get the order corrected. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had here. Missing items, order-entry mistakes, and poor food quality are not what customers should receive after being told their order can still be made. I hope management looks into this and improves the late-night service.

    We went there on a Tuesday with some friends. I ordered 12 wings, but the plate only came with 9; another person ordered 12, but theirs only had 10. A friend ordered a chicken wrap, but it was brought out very late—they didn't bring the wrap until almost everyone else had finished eating. I don't think it was the waitress's fault; I think the blame lies with the cooks or the expo.

    It’s a shame . I really enjoy BWW when traveling . But today I got ripped off . Bartender was great . Atmosphere was great . What’s there to worry about ? Well I’ll tell you what . 20 mins before closing and I’m missing items of my food with only 3 tables in the place . There more worried about closing then making sure my order was correct . I had a sampler . Pretzels ( no beer cheese ) that’s the whole reason I got it. . Got wings . Half my wings were plain and the other half had barely any sauce if any. Ordered wedges with salt and vinegar seasoning . Didn’t get my seasoning I paid for . Paid for extra carrots and celery. Didn’t get that either . Asked for ranch on the side . I got 8 containers of blue cheese . My sampler came with the NEW Hawaiian mini burgers . Well my burger was burnt and had so many onions that all I tasted was burnt meat and onions . Completely let down . By the time I got my food , my over arrived so I left to be kind of closing time . Big mistake . I tried calling . No answer . Like seriously ? I would expect this treatment at McDonalds . I was kind . Polite . Tipped well . And this is the service I received.
