  I’d like to thank you for providing such a nice place and offering a great bakery. I would also like to share my experience at the coffee section. On several occasions, I noticed that the lady preparing the drinks put all four of her fingers inside the cups, about halfway down into the cup, in order to separate one paper cup from the others. I found this inappropriate and unhygienic. After this happened several times, I politely asked her to change my cup because I did not feel comfortable drinking from a cup that someone’s fingers had been inside. She told me that she did not do that, however she has been doing it every time I ordered a coffee. She then became upset with me and hit our cups down on the counter. I found this response very rude and disrespectful. I believe I have the right to ask for a clean cup when I feel uncomfortable with how it has been handled. There are other ways to separate paper cups without putting fingers inside them. I hope you will take this feedback seriously. I enjoy your bakery and appreciate the nice atmosphere, but I believe customers should be treated respectfully and that proper hygiene should always be maintained when handling cups and preparing drinks. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concern.

  This place has everything! Maybe it started as the Rose Apothecary but in real life, but then with lunch and wine and all the cheeses....wow! So many non corporate brands of craft items, salsa, sweets, gelato...great for gifts. Love this place!

  So enjoyable to brose for gifts and unique foods to try, I love the smell of pastries and coffee, just with they had better parking.
