  The service at this location has always been amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They built up the community and work so hard! I absolutely recommend visiting the wonderful workers at this stand!!

  DO NOT COME HERE AFTER 5 PM. The adults go home and the children are left in charge. Embarrassing wait times for 3 cars in line. I left after 10 minutes, not a single car moved. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me, and I'm done trying. It is a completely different store after the first shift, don't even try.

  Their match is crazy lol the drive through doesn’t have a menu so we look online and ordered what looked like a regular strawberry matcha (obviously green cuz it’s matcha…) only to get what looks and tastes like a milk drink I don’t taste any matcha in this tbh. I’m not one to go back and complain about food I’m not picky at all but come on now… so I drove back to confirm that I got the right thing and the guy that took my order made a new one and it looks the same lmao that was wild. One star for the matcha and one star for effort to make a new one 🌟

  I would like to be able to rate this place on their food/ coffee, but we spent 10 minutes in line watching the car in front of us be chatted up by the manger this am and never coming to take our order. There was a young female staff with her clutching the iPad for the order, but she appeared to be content to be part of the chat at this car. We watched 6 cars in the line next to us be serviced. We were excited to try this location since we are local but will not be back since they didn’t seem to want their conversation interrupted. We finally found a break to get out of line and went across the street to Starbucks. We placed our order and received our coffees and looked across to here. They were still carrying on and chatting. The car behind us also left and followed us to Starbucks. Look to your management staff. They set the tone for your staff. We will never come back to this location again. Your management did not care how long we waited as long as she had her talk (she had her hair in a ponytail,wearing jean shorts, and a bright blue shirt) Also sent this info to corporate. Will wait to see if they actually respond. Such terrible customer service.

  Overall service was good, they were as fast as humanely possible, and that's the problem. Management does not make sure their cashiers are taken care of during inclement weather like rain, or the devices used to take orders. No PPE was visible. On top of that the whole operation feels rushed. I ordered a large, black coffee, light ice. There was no ice in the drink, so it took almost a half hour to wait for it to cool to a temperature I could drink. It also tasted so acidic because of how hot they keep it, the difference between this and my instant coffee in the cabinet is that I can control the temp of the coffee I make at home. Also, the need to tip makes me not want to come back at all. Overall if you like specialty drink this is a good spot. If all you want is a black coffee go somewhere else.
