  I have ordered from here multiple times before 8pm, you guys close at nine and this now is the third or fourth time I have had my order cancelled. I am the one to call the store to see what happened and it seems that you are out of bread every time I call. If you guys close at 9 how do you run out of bread by 8pm if it’s a sandwich shop? Also every time I call you guys say you have called me but haven’t what so ever, and the teenagers answers the phone are always cocky or rude.

  When you schedule delivery for 10:30 am and it arrives at 10:47 am, that's not acceptable. If you are unable to deliver at 10:30 am because the driver starts work at 10:30, then don't have that time slot be an option for delivery. Some people (students whose lunch is 10:30 to 11) can't be flexible with their lunch time and being 17 minutes late isn't acceptable. I also called twice, maybe you could of proactively called and said, hey my driver can't get there until after 10:45, do you still want the order?

  Super food and decent prices. Noticed that they aren't following the mask policy as strictly now.
