  I’ve ordered a couple of times, and both times I’ve gotten the 6 piece chicken strip basket they have only ever given me 4 strips. Food is ok it was cold and the chicken was kinda hard. We also got a 4 piece each time and only received 3 strips.

  2 We have now tried it and will drive the little extra distance to the other DQ or go toward C'dale for Culver's. But I am glad Carterville has a slightly better option than McDonald's

  I have an allergy and they took the time to clean the area and make ne a safe shake. IT WAS SO YUMMY. Thank you

  I visited this Dairy Queen through the drive-through. The customer service was horrible. The lady in the window took my card and said nothing to me. Meanwhile, she was yelling at the people working there when I got my food. It was cold. Worst experience at a Dairy Queen I’ve ever had.

  I thought we would give DQ in carterville another shot but today was worse kids playing in the back kitchen and I waited inside 30 mins for two hot fudge 🍨. This was ridiculous we wont be going again .we will drive to marion if we want ice cream 🍦
