Placed an order for 2 pizzas each very different, one pizza had everything I ordered and 2nd one had no sausage, bacon or onion. Took it back and they said you ate a piece …what we were looking for the ingredients. Still didn’t admit to doing it wrong. Offered to make a new one, no way. They did give back half the money…but now I’ll never order again.

Ordered 4 of Pizza Huts calzones and hot wings last night from Carpenterville Pizza Hut. When we to pick up the order we only received 3 calzones and wings. When I went back in they said we only ordered 3. I had to order another calzone or someone would have went hungry. We were charged $46.28 plus another $6.53 for the fourth calzone. $6.53 X 4 calzones is $26.12. So my wings cost me $20.16?!!! This place is a rip off!! Plus employees arent using soap to wash their hands. Notice same employee twice wash hands without using soap. Nasty! Won't be back!! I advise everyone to go somewhere else! I will.

This restaurant has bad customer service especially the manager... very rude and unwelcoming I have to go to other pizza huts just because she’s always rude to us
