  My girls talk about this place so I had to try it. I usually prefer chai drinks, but didn’t see them on the menu and didn’t have the app. When I pulled up and asked, Remma was very helpful and showed me the flavors I could order. The drink is excellent and Remma was very sweet and patient with my questions. Would definitely order this again!

  Please do something about your ice. I Love 7Brew. But your location is the only one that has a really nasty aftertaste. The best I could guess as the cause of it was your ice. I'll change my review if its fixed but as of now I'd recommend anyone NOT go to this particular location. Any other 7brew close by is far better and doesn't have a moldy aftertaste in their drinks.

  Very disappointed that this location refuses to accept the discount coupons they send out. This very location accepted a coupon last week but today I was told that they do not accept coupons. They pointed at "participating locations" on the coupon and said they only offer discounts for employees and veterans. Kinda confusing why they were able to accept coupons a week ago hmmm... I went next door to Dunkin and got a coffee for half the price anyway so whatever. This location has been open for just a couple of months and considering they keep opening more and more locations, I think there are 4 in the surrounding area now, I don't see any reason to visit the Carpentersville location moving forward.

  What an experience on Sunday around 2.35pm Apparently, I accidentally showed up during VIP hour. There was a long line then, out of nowhere, one of the girls wearing a greenish tshirt walked out of the building, went many cars back, and took her friend’s order. So I guess the line is more of a suggestion than an actual line? Could someone please explain how this works? Do we need to know an employee? Have a special membership? Bring a secret ghetto handshake? I’m perfectly fine waiting my turn, but watching someone casually skip past a long line while everyone else waits is pretty ridiculous. Maybe next time, instead of having customers wait in line, just put up a sign that says: “Regular customers wait here. VIPs, please feel free to skip everyone.”

  This was my first time visiting your coffee shop. On Sunday around 2.45pm There was a long line, and everyone was patiently waiting their turn. Out of nowhere, one of the girls wearing a greenish-blue T-shirt and light gray pants stepped out of the building and took an order from her friend driving black Santa Cruz pickup car who was about 10 cars behind us. It looked like she was receiving some kind of VIP treatment and was allowed to skip the entire line. Could you please let me know how the rest of us can qualify for this VIP treatment and skip the line as well? I’d love to know what the requirements are. I’m not upset about waiting, but it was frustrating to see some customers apparently being given preferential treatment while everyone else was patiently waiting their turn.
