  It was our first time ordering 7 Brew and we really like the ordering process thru the app and getting the drink made after we arrive and pay. The tablet had a bad connection away from the building. Paying took too long. A customer was at the stand because they were charged twice & were trying to get it rectified. Drink runners didn't know what car got what drinks. They also didn’t know what drinks they were delivering. The first time we were asked, "Are these yours?" and they definitely weren't our coffees as they were pretty energy drinks or something, lol The second time we were asked, "Is this your drink" and we asked what it was and they didn't know. Many drinks look the same, so how could we be sure? When we did get our 2 drinks, the cups were drippy & sticky and we had to ask for straws twice as the first time we asked she only gave us 1. No way to drink either without a straw. It wasn't that busy either. We don't live close but the next time we're in the area, we'll give them another try. Hopefully we just visited at the "wrong" time. Glitches happen..

  I went to the 7 brew in Carpentersville and was taken care of by Rahmaa! The moment I got there, she had a ton of enthusiasm and a welcoming spirit. She made the experience 10x better with her bubbly personality and her ability to have easy flow of conversations. I would definitely come here again. Thank you, Rahmaa! 😊

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew thanks to Rahmaa!! She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Her customer service was amazing, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was super helpful with our order and had the best energy. You can tell she genuinely enjoys talking to customers and making sure they have a good experience! Definitely will be coming back!! Thank you Rahmaa

  I recently went to 7 Brew in Carpentersville, and I just had to leave a review because I had such a genuinely great experience, especially because of Rahmaa! From the moment I got there, she was so welcoming, sweet, and patient with me. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to order, and instead of making me feel rushed or like I needed to hurry up and decide, she took the time to help me figure out what I would actually enjoy. She was so patient while explaining things and helping me choose, and I really appreciated that more than she probably realizes. What stood out to me the most was how genuinely friendly and welcoming she was. You don’t get that feeling everywhere you go, especially when places are busy and employees are trying to get through orders quickly. But with Rahmaa, it didn’t feel like I was just another customer. She made the whole interaction feel so comfortable and natural, almost like I was talking to a friend I had known for years. She had such a warm and positive energy, and you could tell that being kind and making people feel welcome came naturally to her. It’s honestly the little things like that that can completely change someone’s experience. I went there expecting to just grab a drink, but I left genuinely happy because of how I was treated. Customer service can sometimes feel very transactional, so when someone actually takes the time to be patient, have a conversation with you, and make you feel comfortable, it really stands out. Rahma did exactly that. And on top of the amazing customer service, the drink itself was SO good! It was made really well, looked super presentable, and tasted even better. I was really happy with what she helped me choose, so she definitely knew what she was talking about! I don’t usually write such long reviews, but I really wanted to make sure Rahmaa gets the recognition she deserves. She made my visit memorable just by being kind, patient, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. People like her are the reason customers want to come back to a place. I’ll definitely be returning to this 7 Brew, and I really hope I get to see Rahmaa again. Thank you, Rahmaa, for making something as simple as getting a drink feel like such a positive and personal experience. Keep being you! Your kindness definitely does not go unnoticed! ❤️

  They had good music, good service and delicious drinks. Danny helped us out by taking our order. We were greeted with smiles and outgoing personalities. When waiting for the order it seriously couldn’t have been more than a minute before our drinks came out. We got to listen to some good music while we waited. Everyone working seemed to be enjoying their day smiling and working hard. We’re definitely going back. The cost is so much better than the contenders in the area.
