- LKLola Kanikula4 days ago2.0stopped in earlier today and got two of the new toasted wraps on a mobile order and decdied to go through the drive thru since it was empty, but when they gave them to me, both wraps were cold to the touch + not cooked. i went back inside to ask if they could be remade, + was interrupted halfway through asking by one of the employees cutting me off, snatching only one of the wraps out of my hands, & throwing it on the counter behind her. i guess even though they were both cold i only could have one remade? she then had her coworker bring the new one out to me after a few uncomfortable minutes of silently waiting in the lobby + listening to 2 of the workers whisper and giggle in the back. i only ate the remade wrap (as i do not want to consume cold/not properly cooked food + was not offered a replacement for the second one) and it was good & so was the smoothie, but the whole experience was just super uncomfortable. i love tropical smoothie but will be sure to stick with my regular store in the future.
