  My pizza was probably the WORST Pappa John’s pizza I’ve ever had… I love Papa Johns and I usually order from other locations and the pizza is always hot and cooked great, EXCEPT for this location! My pizza was cold and for some reason, the ingredients and the cheese and just basically the whole way it was made taste completely different, which is confusing because it’s a franchise so all the ingredients should taste the same.

  I ordered online and added extra cheese. I even called the restaurant to verify order and told them to please add extra cheese as I had paid extra. When I picked up the pizza they had hardly put anything on it. I asked the girl if this is extra cheese and she said yes. Looks like they are new in this pizza business. Hope they figure it out soon on how to make a pizza.

  Hair in the food. No hair nets worn by the women in the store/kitchen. Place has only been open one week and has multiple 1 start reviews.

  no plate or cutlery were provided upon asking the crew members they said that they dont have it. Poor service poor location. Pizza and brownie were under baked

  I placed an online carryout order. I arrived about 25 minutes after placing the order. Upon arrival, I was told that it would be a couple minutes. After a minute or so, I was then informed that because it was an online carryout order over a certain dollar amount, the order was cancelled and I would need to call the help desk. Apparently 2 pizzas are enough to cross that dollar amount. Way too much wasted time and effort just to order a pizza. I'm a big Papa John's fan and use the online ordering at every location I've been to. I place the same order, the same way everytime and never have had an issue until today. I wanted to give the new location a shot due to the convenience but I learned to stick with the Schaumburg locations.
