- TCThomas ColeAug 15, 20262.0Taking a break from this location. Tables were gross and you might think that if you ask them to clean one for you that they might look around and clean them all. Trash even piled up outside. Chips were so stale. I scanned my reward and ended up paying for the reward item anyway. The staff just looks at me like: yea…that happened. I dunno- just an off night I guess. Had like 5-6 people working. Just nobody there making sure things are good.

When I returned, the manager didn't take the other bad bags in the trash...so they are selling stale chips to other customers.

Minus 10 stars never coming back or place and order at this location. Terrible.

I took it back to the counter and let them know I didn’t like it can I switch it for nachos. They said they don’t sell nachos, ok well I would like to get my money back. Then the girl opens a bag of chips and proceed to make my nachos. She puts everything on there that I asked for and threw the container on top of the counter very rudely. I let her know that was rude by the way. Long story short, food and customer service was nasty. I will never be back! Qdoba is waaaaay better!

Two times I have tried to place catering orders and the first time they were 20 minutes late in getting every packaged together. The second time the location was out of power but no one thought to call me to let me know they couldn’t make my order so upon arrival they just said it couldn’t be filled. I was hosting a work event and had to scrabble to get food for a large group at the last minute. If they had phoned ahead to say they couldnt make the order that would have been understandable and I would have had time to find an alternative option.
