This DQ is grossly understaffed. The food and ice cream are great and other than being stressed out the service is great as well but why is there what seems to be 4-5 people when there is a huge football game literally next door that a lot of people stop and get food afterwards? The drive through would go MUCH faster if they had the people for the business like any good business would want.

I’m really frustrated at the moment. We went through the drive thru tonight to get some ice cream, but we asked if we could do two separate orders because we had multiple people in the car wanting things. We were promptly informed by two crew members who were talking over each other over the headsets saying that “uh we can’t do that” to which we were kind of shocked. We asked why and they then told us that “our management won’t let us and we’re just trying to not get in trouble with our boss”. There was no one else in the drive thru. It was literally just us and they wanted us to place one order and then drive around and re-enter the empty drive-thru to place the second order which would have wasted both our time and theirs by just driving around. When we didn’t reply to that after a moment one crew member came over the speaker and very rudely asked if we were going to place an order. We told them that we were trying to but didn’t want to drive around their store for no reason when they could’ve just rang it up as two separate cars. So then we told them to make sure they tell their management that that so-called “rule” is extremely frustrating to customers and cost them, at the very least, business tonight, but for the crew just trying to do their job to have a good night. They then replied very snarkily that “McDonald’s can do separate orders”. Not a “sorry we can’t help you”. Not a “have a good night”. If we wanted McDonald’s, we would have gone there. All we were trying to get was some ice cream. We were greeted by rudeness throughout the entire interaction. So, to the management of this Dairy Queen, your “rule” is dumb and makes no sense. As a former employee of Dairy Queen (crew and management), it makes even less sense to me and is frustrating as hell, but even more so the lack of professionalism conducted by you and your employees blows my mind. I truly hope this isn’t how you treat every customer, and if it is maybe do some reflecting. In the long run, did we absolutely need the ice cream? No, hence why we left. Could we have just put it on one order and figured out who owes each other money? Probably but that’s frustrating when creating two orders takes no time at all. I know because I used to do it. Just overall a completely frustrating and disappointing experience. Completely crazy.

This is NOT a mocha moollatte. It's either French vanilla or caramel. Please inform Miss drive thru girl that insisted it was and teach her how to make it please. "A Dairy Queen Mocha MooLatté is a blended frozen coffee drink made by combining coffee concentrate and *cocoa fudge* with creamy vanilla soft serve and ice. The beverage is finished with a crown of whipped topping and usually a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Terrible experience went through drive thru to get 2 large drinks ordered a LG Pepsi and LG dr pepper, got to windows and was handed drinks with no ice in cup when I asked for ice in my drinks the girl huffed at me like it was a huge problem. I said do your drinks normally come with ice or am I missing something?? Then was handed drinks and asked which 1 was which when I was told " I don't know taste them and figure it out" seriously this is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion
