  Literally sat in line at the drive through for 20 minutes for chicken nuggets only to get the food and it was cold!!! Absolutely unacceptable! And then the o top it off I didn’t even get the ranch that I paid for!

  I get off work at 11:30 at night, pulled up they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait mind you I was the only one in the drive through. A car pulled up next to me in lane 2. One of the workers seen his buddy in the second line told him to come up to the window and he would take care of him. Took the kids order it came up on my menu, while I’m still waiting in the drive through. I have been here for 30 minutes and nothing

  Don't waste your money or time... Waited 15 minutes for an ice cold chicken nugget happy meal for my kid and nothing for me because they didn't give me mine. $13 down the drain. Never again. After checking tje quality of my child's food, I wasn't waiting to get mine because it probably would've been just as awful.

  At this point, ordering correctly at this McDonald’s feels more like a game show than fast food. Ordered cheeseburgers without ketchup. Checked the bag before pulling away — wrong, of course. Let them know, got asked to pull forward so they could remake them. Impressive part? The remakes were wrong too. Apparently “without ketchup” translated into “mustard and pickles only.” The visit before this, we sat in the drive-thru for 15+ minutes without a single car moving. Honestly thought maybe the place had closed mid-shift. This has to be some of the worst management and ownership I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s. If this is the standard being accepted, that’s honestly embarrassing. And before the automatic “please submit feedback at this link” response comes in — save it. Corporate has already been contacted before, and somehow the service still manages to get worse every visit. That actually takes talent.

  I’ve gone here before at odd times and it’s fine then. But they are usually understaffed and when they had too many orders they shut down their drive through without telling any of the cars in the drive through or new ones coming up. Only after I went in and asked after 30 min of sitting there did we learn that the people inside had been there for an hour 15 and they had stopped their drive through.
