  I would give it zero stars but Google forces a 1 star review. I ordered through door dash, and I thought I ordered a large coke. But somehow there system didn't register it. And when I ordered my food I was supposed to get some toppings. But those toppings I ordered where not on my food. Then when I tried to call to make a complaint about there door dash system, and the toppings I didn't get on my food. An automated voice message, informed me that all team members where unavailable, and or are assisting other customers. And they couldn't answer that I had to leave a message. For 1 I am not waiting a day just for a fast food restaurant to call me back about there bad service. 2 the chili they serve is like dog food or cat food. I don't know which one, but it sure as heck wasn't chili. Worst fast food in town. Don't go there, needs closed.

  Just slow. Not a bad thing because they are friendly and the food is good. Sometimes it takes a while at the stall to order.

  I was very disappointed in Carbondale Sonic today. The person taking orders in the drive thru seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. I had to ask twice for my receipt and ketchup. Our tots were extremely crunchy and the bun on my hot dog was hard.
