- SCSammi CurrJun 22, 20265.0I had a really good experience at this. Dunkin'. I'll admit their donuts have literally gone to crap since they started the freeze and thaw. But the food was actually good and the service was really good.

As someone who has grown up in an area where there is a DD on every other corner, and has done the job, this location does not capture the brand. I generally don't mind speaking to those not fluent in American English, i have all the patience for it. What I have a problem with is that person being in a rush, LIKE I'M THE INCONVENIENCE. Did not let me finish a sentence when adding things to my order, and when I tried to clarify that I was understood, we just kept pushing through, like I was better off driving by the window and just catching whatever came out. The irony of this post is i literally took a bite of the wrap I ordered and it tastes like it was barely in the oven. Awful service. Pretty sure employees are there for 8 hours, and we're in a rush with orders like we got somewhere else to be...? Accuracy is everything. If you're just gonna mess up orders or not even try, why bother? Good Luck to the franchise owner. I'll take my business to 7brew going forward, that's disheartening.

I ordered a coffee and when I got to the window he acted like I didn’t. The employees even said “you didn’t order that I even double checked” even though he asked me what size I wanted in the drive through. And to top it all off I got food poisoning from the coffee. I kind of wished I didn’t get the coffee. Not a great place to go it’s a trap.
