  When we got into the building to sit down we met Jackson the greatest waiter that ever lived. And got us in a positive mood and environment to hangout and chill with. Jackson always made sure we were okay with our food being provided whether if it was what we wanted or to check if our food was too cold, too hot, or just right. Always made some good jokes for us whenever he came by. Overall best experience, definitely better the Marion Buffalo Wild Wings.

  Many FAKE reviews recently 05-15-2026. There is clearly many single reviewers giving five stars for a server named Jackson and couple others. I am aware of this trick. Ive worked in the food industry for 19 years. They are getting a discount or something in return for leaving a review. Which means the reviews are now compromised. Ive eaten here several times through years and can say that the wings are always dry and overcooked every time. I have stopped going here. The servers are great. I can honestly say the service is top-notch. But the food is trash.

  Where to begin. I entered the establishment, famished, alongside my husband. Upon sitting down at the table, our son Jimbo caught ablaze. Our appointed server Jackson did not hesitate to bring water and only water to our table. He saved him. Throughout the night, he brought ice to sooth our sons burns. We tried to offer our son as our gratitude for saving him, but he kindly refused. Instead, he asked us to instead leave a review. It's the least we can do. We cannot thank him enough.

  We had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to Jackson. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just right, and he made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. What really stood out was his attitude—super positive, easygoing, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of his tables. It made the whole experience that much better. If you stop in, definitely ask for Jackson. He’s the kind of server that keeps you coming back. Five stars all the way!

  Always love this place but today was the exception. I ordered some food for pickup. I drove there and picked up food for my wife and I. When I got home I realized my triple bacon cheeseburger was completely burnt and the bacon was so burnt that it was black. I called the store and they said they would replace it. So I drive BACK up there again and get my food. I tried to explain to the manager on duty how this was an inconvenience for me not just because of the fuel I wasted, but the time as well since my wife was already done eating her meal. The manager was very dismissive when I tried to explain the inconvenience. I tried to tell hom that I used to work for a buffalo wild Wings but before I could finish my sentence, he cut me off and said " yeah, I used to be in the military." ? Confused about why thats relevant but whatever, I proceed to try to explain and I get cut off again with, "well, you cant watch everyone." He reluctantly agreed to give me a full refund after 2 to 3 business days but I still feel disrespected. Somehow the money just doesn't feel substantial for the level of negligence and inconsideration I experienced, likely wont be back as a result of his lack of empathy to a customer when it was obviously their fault. I also presented the burnt food to show him but it was shrugged off as if he had no cares in the world about my issue.
