Wanted to give a shoutout to Presley, who has done an amazing job at the ordering station! Every time I come through we have great conversations. Makes it feel like I’m not even in the line! Great job!!

I love my 7Brew! All the Baristas are very friendly and personable! Kaitlyn took my order today and she was a ray of smiley sunshine. A lot of people are not morning people but I’ve not met a cranky person here yet lol. My coffee is always great!!❤️

I went to the 7 Brew in Carbondale today and me and my dad asked a worker named Presely for her favorite drink and she gave us an energy drink with pineapple, cold foam, and other flavors I can't remember right now, but she definitely made us one of the best drinks we've had in a while. So if you ever find yourself at 7 Brew in Carbondale and Presely is working be sure to ask for her favorite and you'll leave happy!

Every time I come through, which is almost every morning, my lid has not been cleaned. They are very good at wiping the drink, but they never wipe the lid. I was told to test my drink this morning to make sure it was correct and got Carmel on my lip (I got a cotton candy energy.) I’m not super upset but it would be greatly appreciated if you guys could wipe the lids as well! 🙌🏻

I came to 7brew today, and I was going to try something new, unfortunately they didn’t have any of the fall green apple syrup today. However, Kalli helped me out! She took the time to ask what kind of flavors I liked and we found a drink that I could try today. The drink itself is amazing, and it was so nice that Kalli took the time to help personalize the drink recommendation to me. When the drink came out they had forgotten the cold foam, and rather than just passing the drink out she took the time to get it corrected without me asking to make sure the order was right! She is a total sweetheart and an amazing worker! I hope to see her again, she really brightened my day, and it was nice to just get to talk to her! :) thank you again Kalli!
