  Expect rushed and messed up food

  I placed a large mobile order in advance—six meals—with the intention of making things easier for both staff and other customers by avoiding ordering everything at the counter. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready, so I waited patiently for several minutes. I was on a tight schedule, and after about 15 minutes, I asked whether I was supposed to check in upon arrival for a mobile order. The employee at the register responded that she wasn’t sure. I then explained that I was on a timeline and asked if the order had been started, but again received an uncertain response. Another employee then chimed in and appeared visibly frustrated about the size of my order. To clarify, the mobile order was specifically intended to prevent holding up the line, not to create inconvenience. I’m disappointed not only by the delay, despite ordering well in advance, but also by the lack of clear communication and professionalism. It would be helpful to have staff who are better informed about mobile order procedures, able to manage orders in a timely manner, and able to interact with customers respectfully.

  Several orders in a row that have been absolutely wrong. Either missing items entirely, swapping burritos for quesadillas, not taking ingredients off or getting the ingredients just straight up wrong, this Taco Bell has some of the most incapable humans I've ever been served. Read the screen... It's so simple. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's been at least 10 orders in a row that have been wrong. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST READ THE SCREEN!

  The last 2 times I've been here I had to ask for my drink directly or they wouldn't have given it to me, one time they didn't even give me the correct drink. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was not cut, a drink that I had to ask for, a double beef burrito which they gave me a bean burrito with just cheese and beans in it, and a Doritos locos taco that they surprisingly got correct. The whole time I was waiting for my food there was a crazy lady in there that looked like she was on drugs yelling profane things and talking to the employees while the manager was in the bathroom avoiding work. I do not recommend going here unless you are willing to go back and get a new order with the correct things. And not to mention a highschool senior employee that was making fun of my friends which mind you, are freshman and making inappropriate comments towards them.
