  Been living in town about 2 years and this is a good place to order a quick pizza for the kiddos when it’s too hot to cook . Always been fast with the delivery and pizza is always fresh.

  Five stars for the Papa John’s team here in Canton! I ordered online, everything was ready right on time, and pickup was quick and easy. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. After I realized one of the pizzas might not have been quite right, they immediately apologized, took care of the issue without hesitation, and had a fresh replacement ready for me in about five minutes. The pizza was excellent, but what really stood out was the service. As someone who has managed a small shop myself, I always appreciate seeing a team that works well together, treats customers with respect, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. These gentlemen handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. Great food, great service, and an outstanding team. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good pizza and a genuinely positive customer experience. Keep up the great work!

  Worst pizza I've had in Canton. Crust was almost black, and it wasnt even cut all the way. A bunch of rude kids standing around. Talking on phones and texting. Treat customers like crap. Papa johns used to be good in Canton. But the last 2 times it was horrible. Spent $70, the best part was the cheese sticks.

  I’m disappointed. This is the second time where I’ve ordered a pizza and it’s half one topping and half another topping and the slices were nowhere close to being the same size. Everytime it’s my side that is tiny little pieces compared to the other half. I didn’t document the first time this happened because hey, accidents happen, but this is twice now. Please do better with cutting and make it even all the way around.

  Very good pizza. The toppings taste fresher than most and are plentiful. My pizza orders have always been correct and ready on time. Staff is friendly and can be entertaining at times. The spinach-artichoke pizza is a good change of pace from regular tomato sauce based pizzas. The cheesesticks and bacon cheesesticks are particularly good. I'm not a dessert person, but those cinnamon pull-aparts are something else. Their pizza is priced a little higher than others in the area. Too bad Papa John's has to compete in the same town as one of the best Monicals Pizzas around or they could make five stars.
