  I ordered from them through uber paying $50 for what I ordered. When the delivery driver came they gave me a the wrong food. Something that costs 13.99 and never gave me a refund back for my money when I tried to contact uber. Uber gave me $5.00 in uber cash. Expecting me to be satisfied. So if you order from them Beware they may give you a lower cost item and still charge you for the food you originally paid for.

  Okay, we have to stop patronizing these businesses that never give us our money's worth. The mini turkey tips, and the large turkey tip for $25 there's no difference in the two. If they are not going to take pride in what they do, they should not have a business. And the lady who takes the orders, has all the personality and customer service, of a sloth. She has zero customer service personality. I gave you my $25 just now, but that won't happen again cuz you're giving less and less meat for the money. And people always talking about support black businesses, when they usually give such shoddy service.

  The food was ok , but whenever I bought a dinner no coleslaw or potato salad came with it. You gotta ask them for utensils to eat with.

  Ordered food took long time for preparation. Asked cashier if my order was correct cause I do not eat pork. Got my food home and of course it was pork. Went back to location in Calumet Park after waiting once again for order. There was no apology or explanation for mistake on their part. Service was just poor and they didn’t seem concerned at all.

  I’m Russian myself, and I’m really glad they serve real food here. The woman at the register looks stern—that’s true—but that’s just an impression. I enjoyed the food. I have diabetes and shouldn't be eating potatoes, but I tried a couple of slices anyway. It really is genuine fried potato.
