It was incredibly strong—looking pitch black—and so sickeningly sweet that it couldn't be consumed. It was a waste of money. You need to hire people who don't work lazily and who actually love what they do, because the current staff puts no effort into making a delicious drink. I definitely won't be back until there are different people working there who actually do things right.

I try to open the door to pick up my order and the door was locked, mind you it’s 9am! Then when I’m trying to tell the worker I have a mobile order she tells me I have to go around to the drive thru. The line was already wrapped around the block which is why I selected in store pick up. I didn’t have time to wait in line. If you are going to have the doors locked don’t even have that option on the app!! Which led me to not being able to pick up my drink I already paid for!
