  Order a thin crust half pepperoni half sausage was over charged crust was too thick Family was disappointed.

  I ordered a pizza & sides for delivery. Mind you it is already getting late and pizza typically takes 40 minutes to deliver. Then, they don’t even deliver they have a door dasher come to you, which I was also unaware of prior. Moral of the story they didn’t deliver the pizza only the sides. because “The pizza wasn’t ready yet” like what? so why deliver half an order & that leaves your food to be what cold? like that’s ridiculous. I ordered for convenience and yet got nothing but an inconvenience, soggy sides, and nothing at the same time, Kids are staying up waiting to be fed with school tomorrow. Also, nothing for this inconvenience is ridiculous just legit so disappointing!!!!!

  They didn’t have the option of 0 stars. This place in Cast Away has horrible customer service. Called to order and they were very rude. Almost like you have to talk ghetto to them for then to get your order right. Grew up eating here since a kid, I’m 31 now and sad to what it’s become. Will be my last time here sadly. This place needs new management, new everything. Not even considering telling people about Windy City Pizza

  Second time i ordered and never delivers what you order. I asked for p. cheese and crushed pepper and they ran out since three weeks ago. Gave them a second chance, why am I surprised one delivery driver, 2 hours and just got my order. Manager doesn't give a damn. Frozen pizza is much better than this place
