  Store Manager, General Manager, and Supervisor on Duty: Is this considered acceptable quality at this location? If these fries had been sitting around for an extended period of time, they should NEVER have been served to a paying customer.I would really like someone in management to look at this picture and honestly tell me that they would be satisfied receiving this order themselves.I am extremely disappointed with the fries I was served tonight. I am posting this picture because I want management to actually SEE what customers are being given. Store Manager & General Manager please address this. I purchased these fries tonight, and unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve been served fries like this at this location. They look like the dry, broken pieces left at the bottom of the bag — overcooked, dry, and clearly not fresh, box not full. Customers are paying their hard-earned money and deserve the same quality shown in Sonic’s commercials. This is unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed.

  All sonics are going down the hole, ordered food and wasn't even told they were out of what I asked for, just made to believe I was going to get it then sent on my way. The drink cups were dirty riddled with others drinks that were being made and the lids kept coming off. It's not just this sonic it's all of them lately so just avoid all of them.
