- TTTabitha4 days ago1.0As my local DD I frequent at least 4x a week and have frequented this location for years. Its been on the decline for quite some time. Mainly due to staff simply not paying attention. On their phones, talking to one another, listening to loud music etc. I usually just order a coffee which in some cases is the best then in other cases it taste like water in a cup. How can this happen so often? My secondary order is usually glazed cake munchkins. 9/10 times they give me regular glazed and I have to explain what I want everytime. My order is the simplest yet they rarely get it right. Im only writing this because I believe this location can bet better and im hoping they will make some changes to be. Im tired of wasting my money and time

At drive thru we get handed a medium ice coffee that is not even the right drink we ordered. We tell the lady at window sayings its not our drink and its supposed to be large. She proceeds to walk off calling my fiancee an assholr saying "he is just trying to get a bigger drink". Please do not go here if you want your order messed up, a long a wait, and to be disrespected.

I've been coming here for the lasr 2 weeks and avery day i give them a chance to do it better but, every day is something new with this guys.. they take forever to get your order, if i do an online order they dont have it ready until 15 -20 mins later, when it is ready they misplace the order and i have no idea i have to look for it even behind their cleaning paper roll, some of them ignore you when you ask them where is your order (without the frustrating actitude) and you finally ask them with actitude they finish your order ....i dont suppose to get an actitude with anybody... but tjis place is a mess ..no organisation.
- LLLoAug 15, 20261.0The two workers ( young hispanic male and young African american female) took the last customer in front of me in the drive thru and decided to turn off the mic. I sat there saying Hello for 5 mins before moving to the window to say why no one is answering me. She says “oh we are closed. He is counting our drawers now” which is rude and not a proper protocol, it was 7:45pm on 8/13/26.I asked her why didn’t she tell me they were closed she said oh we can’t take you. I’m sorry...very frustrating and lack of communication.
