  Beautiful people food is amazing Beautiful people and great customer service. I love Bill's sauce and I was able to chew every last piece of meat unlike other barbecue joints 😁😁

  Update to my original review: I believe it's important to give credit when a business makes the effort to correct a problem, and Bill's Grill did exactly that. After I posted my original review, the owner, Jouri, reached out to me personally. She sincerely apologized for my experience and genuinely wanted to make things right. She even offered to deliver a replacement meal to my home, which spoke volumes about her integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Since my schedule was busy, I told her I would stop by when I had time. Today, I returned to pick up my replacement meal, and I am happy to say they got it right. The chicken was fully cooked, flavorful, and enjoyable. The rib tips were tender, easy to chew, and a huge improvement from my first visit. They were also generous with the portions, giving me more wings than expected and a nice serving of rib tips. I still enjoy their barbecue sauce it was my favorite part the first time, and it didn't disappoint. While my first experience was disappointing, I truly appreciate a business that stands behind its food and values its customers. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds says a lot about its character. Jouri and her team showed that they cared and were willing to make things right, and I respect that. Thank you for listening, responding, and turning my experience around.

  I ordered at 6:19 said pickup time was 6:34 and it seem like they started on my order when I got there at 6:45 because I didn’t get my order until 7:23 it’s my first time trying this place and most likely my last time an on top of that there was no apology for the mistake just here you go…

  We literally just left about 20 minutes ago. The customer service was awesome. However, I personally don't have to have it again. The mini tip was literally 6 pieces and they taste like they are soaked in liquid smoke. I can't deal with that flavor. The 1 piece of turkey hot link they give you was ok but could be cooked a little longer. My husband ordered the brisket and said there isn't any seasoning on it at all and not worth $15. the chicken tips taste as if they were covered in liquid smoke as well. The sauce is just ok.

  Had the rib tips, chicken tips, and hot link! Food was very flavorful. Ordered sauce on the side. Lady at the front counter very kind and nice even brought our food out to the car. Portions were plentiful, give this black owned business a try.
