  JAIME at the front desk was some of the best customer service work ive ever experienced; inexpensive considering the quality. Very helpful .

  Two times Ive gotten food only for it be cold and old like very old! Brown lettuce and the meat looked like its been sitting! I used to be the cook for McDonald's sonthe standard here is failing the customers badly! Every 9 mins the pattiea are tossed so why does the meat look over cooked and dry as hell! The young man at the drive through window is so lackluster and gives horrible customer service and really doesn't wanna be there it shows! When I asked for him to repeat my order he rolled his eyes puffed them read it back to me! Not the best experience here

  This location continues to mess orders up every time I have come here. I recommend just going a couple miles to the Mcdonald’s on Plainfield Road and 75th Street.

  No llenaron mi smoothie completo y mis nuggets estaban pegados además tardaron mucho a pesar de que habían 6 personas ahí trabajando solo se miraban las caras
