- FMFaris Mohamed4 days ago1.0I went to the drive-through to order my sandwich. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes and haven’t gotten my food. I’m not sure if they’re lazy or if they don’t want to work this is unacceptable they need to hire new workers This is really unbelievable. I also ordered four piece of boneless wings and when I get home, I never received it. I tried to call the place and they don’t answer the phone who is manager of this place this is unbelievable.

The chicken philly didn't taste good like the Chicago Ridge location so I stopped going. It's been years now so I revisited Burbank location hoping it has improved. It's still nasty. The meat is like leather or overcooked. I'm not going back.

The taste was terrible, even left an aftertaste that left me sick. Even the 'eat anything and everything' dog turned her nose away from it. The Philly Steak sandwich was definitely not worth the price. It was a lot more bread than filling. My last trip there.
