- ARangel reyesMay 12, 20261.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I purchased boba tea and waited over 45 minutes, yet never received my drinks. I repeatedly had to ask the staff about my order, but they seemed more focused on handling food orders than assisting customers waiting for drinks. When I finally requested a refund, I was told no manager or owner was available to process it. Since March 21, 2026, I have been trying to resolve this issue and receive my refund. I’ve spoken with both the manager and the owner multiple times, and although they claimed a refund was issued, I still have not received anything. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer care shown throughout this entire situation. I was genuinely excited to try the food here, but the way this issue has been handled reflects very poorly on the business. Based on my experience — and similar concerns I’ve seen in other reviews — it feels like customer satisfaction is not a priority. Very disappointing experience overall.

I’ve been to multiple of the Port of Peri Peri locations over the years and always regret it. They all seem to have the same issues of being very slow with dirty bathrooms that don’t work. I want to love them bc the food concept can be great. But, I think this one solidified it for us that we won’t try any more locations.
