All around great experience! Rob, bartender, was great and Kelly, the manager stopped by to check in and was also wonderful! Sean, server, not only gave the same awesome vibes when bringing my food but also super kind when almost bumping into each other when I was heading to the bathroom.
Fun vibe, good food, great people and reasonable prices for what you get! In town for work but will be back when in town again!

I met here with some co-workers for dinner and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the chicken shawarma salad wrap and was pleased that although it is listed as a cold sandwich, the chicken itself was warm. The sauces that came with the sandwich were very good and the truffle fries I had on the side had nice crispness and good flavor. The banana pudding isn't quite as good as my family's homemade recipe, but it's pretty good nonetheless.
The place is pretty loud at dinnertime but it's mainly manageable, especially if you sit outside or away from the bar.
Our server Sean (Shawn?) was excellent.

This place has a very welcoming atmosphere. I’m so glad we stopped here on our obligatory northwest suburban Chicagoland trip. Tony, the bartender, made us feel so comfortable, and he was very attentive. During the dreaded Sunday morning brunch rush when most bartenders and servers are nursing their own hangovers, Tony made us feel like we were dining at a five star restaurant. His drinks were fantastic (hair of the dog bloody and Michelada) and the food was great too (breakfast burrito and cheesy eggs and avocado toast). I doubt anyone could have a bad experience at this place.

I had a really good experience at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar. The food was great and the atmosphere was super comfortable, but the best part was our waiter, Brian. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out right. He checked on us often without being overwhelming and made the whole experience even better. Definitely would come back again!

Decent food but terrible service. Came for brunch with my two kids under 5 and after being seated for 10 minutes I had to go to the front desk to get a server to our table. There were less than 10 other people in the whole place.
Tried to learn from that mistake and order for take out next time. Scheduled a pick up for 1.5 hrs after the order was placed, showed up at the agreed time and still had to wait 25 minutes to get the order.
