- SSSJul 16, 20261.0I really used to enjoy this little place. It has some really great 2/$7.00 sales on a ton of items. However, the non-sales items have gotten really, really expensive. And, this must be noted, the employees are simply rude, rude, rude. When I buy alcohol, I feel like I'm bothering them when they have to check my ID and there is absolutely nothing friendly about this process. Also, the self service area is entirely too small and closed in. Lastly, they remodeled and you can't find anything anywhere anymore. I will simply go elsewhere in the future.
- AAAllison AJul 12, 20262.0This is my go-to Jewel and is usually a good experience, but today I was disappointed in the lack of customer service I received at the customer service desk. I went there to discuss a problem on my receipt where I was overcharged by the cashier as she didn't manually update the price correctly for a rain check and I was told "you also messed up". She then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have clipped the coupon in the same week that I try to use the rain check and I told her I did not do that, it was from about 3 weeks prior. After several minutes, she gave me the refund. I said so I didn't mess up and she then said "well I said maybe" but she did NOT say maybe when she initially accused me of "messing up". No apology. I certainly hope this is not how she treats all customers at the customer service desk - accusing them of wrongdoing before even looking into the situation and then not even apologizing afterwards.
