Marisol is an absolutely incredible representative for this location. I ordered through UberEats (classic açaí bowl) and it unfortunately was sent with peanut butter and Nutella on top. Two things I just so happen to be allergic to, which is unlucky because I know most people would be thrilled to get those for free. I work in restaurants too, so I understand stuff happens and just wanted to see that if I were to get the bowl remade, they could ensure there would be no PB or Nutella toppings. When I called the store, Marisol explained she was training a new employee and immediately offered to not only remake the order, but send someone to deliver it to me while I was stuck helping a friend at work. When it arrived, the bowl was the larger size, packed full, along with a free large container of cinnabon bites. Exceptional service, thank you for making my day and going so above and beyond to resolve that <3

Had an issue with one out of many Grubhub pickups from here but I called here, they took my info for the next time I come in & apologized. I just went in to receive my replacement items and not only were they really friendly, but couldn’t even verify me to make sure I wasn’t a liar and still were willing to help me. The manager was great there. Even threw in a little extra treat which he totally didn’t need to do but was very generous! Thanks guys. Will be back!!!

I was very excited when this location opened near me. The service and drinks were great at the beginning, but the last two times I got smoothies, they were practically juices and completely melted. That was the condition they were made and served as, so that's been very disappointing. It was the same gentleman who made the drinks the last two times, and I'm not sure if it's overall quality that's gone down, or if it's specific to this employee who appears to be rushing through orders.
