Ordered over $200 worth of food for a corporate lunch event and they never showed (but they charged my card). Tried calling the restaurant numerous times with no answer. Door Dash arrived 2 1/2 hours later with the pizza (no other food that was ordered) and that was it. Tried calling again no answer, I called over the next 2 weeks at different times, one person answered and said a manager would call me back, shocker...that didn't happen. Called corporate twice and left messages, no response. I finally had to physically go to the restaurant and request a refund. Manager on Duty there said sorry and gave refund, but no explanation and just felt like oh well, too bad. Very disappointing.
