    Sad đź«  Went for the first time today. Got the iced cookie butter latte. Just like a couple of other reviews and a few other people I know that went. Said the exact same thing. Basically milk!! Absolutely no flavor or even a hint of coffee. Sorry but not coming back again. Workers we're nice though. The first week was definitely super busy every time I passed by. Now I only see about a hand full of cars, even on the weekends. That definitely shows customers aren't going back. Sorry but definitely sticking with dunkin or scooters.

    Best damn coffee and service in a 20 mile radius. Drive-thru oriented like it was when I lived in Oregon and always on point. I’d go back, don’t let these early 1star reviews deter you, their staff is on point. Tannyn, you’re an amazing owner and person. Keep up the great work for your team and establishment. Cheers

    So it’s a new place. And we keep going to try different things. However, you need to pay attention to details ordered in the drink. 🧋 🧋. We pull away and we don’t feel like driving back to get our drinks redone. Paying for extra things but not having the drinks done correctly gets old fast. Especially $8-10 per drink

    I’ve been to Dutch Bros 3 times, and every time has been great! When I ordered a Shark Attack, they gave me exactly what I ordered. The second time, I added poppin’ boba to my drink, and they actually gave me the boba along with the right straw. I was really happy with my order, and the drinks weren’t too sweet—they tasted perfect!

    whatever system they're trying to run on the drive thru is not working. Line busters outside are a waste of payroll. They serve no purpose other than try to start awkward conversations and mess up orders. lines would move faster if they brought them in to speed up orders and quality control check. if they don't improve the operation before the hype and fuzz of the place is gone they will join Guzman and Gomez ranks on that shopping center.
