Sometimes, the best efforts go unnoticed and unrewarded. I can't let it happen to these guys. They deserve so much love and attention. I hope they see this and it makes their day a little better.

This last time, went in with my son, there were three people working but only helping the drivethru customers. We waited and waited, finally I asked if someone was available to help us, as one of the workers came directly in front of us to get donuts for the drivethru customers that came after us and he didn’t say anything. There were times when all three workers were laughing and doing nothing. There was no one else there in the store but us- we just left. Pretty dismal service. My son asked that I complain and he was really disappointed he couldn’t bring home donuts to the rest of the family. I only went here after Deerfields Bakery around the corner was closed (closed on Mondays). Deerfields donuts are the same price or cheaper and way better quality than Dunkin’s (it’s like champagne taste for the beer price and taste of Dunkin’s). The service is better too (and the coffee).
