  I stopped by this store to pick up my order of two large cones. When the employee with the long hair prepared them, the cones looked more like medium‑size servings. I asked why they were smaller than the large cones I’d paid for, but he couldn’t give me a clear answer. The interaction was disappointing. Although the franchise generally busy but workers do not know about what customer paying and what he getting i am always disappointed, I hope you’ll consider providing additional training for that employee, as his conduct was unusually confusing.

  Absolutely terrible. The worker at the cashier was so rude and disrespectful. He talking to me in a very rude manner. Not to mention the ice cream is terrible and was melted. I am still in disbelief of the mockery he made of me when I accidentally said concrete instead of blizzard and then he refused to let me order till I said blizzard. He needs to use his head because he clearly knew what I meant. Not to mention the place was so dark and gloomy and it ruined my whole mood. You guys need to hire new workers! I won’t be surprised if this Dairy Queen has to shuts down after reading the rest of these reviews.
