  Yesterday was the first time I’ve eaten at Cava and it will not be the last! I walked in to the Buffalo Grove location and was greeted warmly and served with enthusiasm. Each team member was professional, patient and provided me with quality food. The flavors, cleanliness of the dining room and temperature of the food was amazing. Thank you for an incredible experience!

  I had a phenomenal experience going at this Cava! I was greeted as soon as I entered the restaurant. They immediately began washing their hands and serving me. They were very patient with me and guided me through my selections with suggestions and descriptives. In a world of Artificial Intelligence it’s good to know that Cava still values providing an exceptional customer experience.

  Watched the order I placed for pick-up sit on the counter for over 5 minutes (half prepped, lid off), getting cold while the guys on the line helped people walking in over just finishing my bowl. What? How does that make sense?

  The second I walked in the smell was amazing. Customer service was fast and efficient and the food tastes amazing. Deno took my order and provided good customer service.
