- APAl PopovaMay 1, 20261.0I placed a Mobile Thru order for this location like I normally do, this time redeeming several rewards for the entire order. When I arrived, the app didn’t work but I had to go through the drive thru anyways. A nice worker confirmed the app was down and confirmed by order while waiting in the line of cars. When I got to the order window, I was told since the app was down and my order was reward redemption that I would need to pay for the order and redeem the rewards in another order. The worker had my food in her hands and refused to provide it unless I paid for any order that was a free reward. So, I ended up leaving without any food while waiting in line for 15 minutes. What did they do with the food they made? Eat it themselves? Throw it in the trash? Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I understand technology fails, but they need to make good on it. Are they going to pay for my gas idling in line waiting for nothing? I will never return to this location.

I got so sick, I reached out to customer service, and they said I should've checked all the ingredients before ordering (in so many words). Makes me feel like the sell is more important than the buyer!!!!
- RLRyan LewisMar 31, 20264.0Quick in, and out. I'm not a fan of no menu's and only virtual menus essentially in a drive through setting? It's a lot like touchscreens instead of tactile buttons in a car--doesnt make sense and ultimately not as safe/efficient. Great food though!

He was an amazing employee who took his time with explaining the menu and my order to me. There was an error and Torry solved the problem in an instance and made my day better. I will definitely be back and hope Torry is there when I return.
