  This McDonald’s used to be the best in the area but lately it has gone downhill. They take their sweet time to take your order, and their service is slow! I was the only one in line and took them over 10 minutes to get my order while the workers are on their phone! Once they finally opened the window they were going to give me the wrong order. Pathetic, better to go to the one on 79th and Central instead!

  I've been to mcD many times and they are soooo slow. It takes 15 min average to grab your food. I've tried to go in thru drive thru or walk in. Both options leave you waiting in disappointment with how slow this place operates. This us not the fast functioning operation McD is known for.

  This location has a serious problem with following instructions. On several occasions, I said clearly no ketchup when I ordered a burger. I even listed this clearly when I ordered using the app. Still, the people who work here have a hard time reading and following instructions because I would still get ketchup anyway. One time, the order stickers on both burgers that I ordered said no ketchup, but as soon as I unwrapped them, there was ketchup. Maybe they are obsessed with ketchup, they have a surplus that they are trying to get rid of, or they just don't care to follow instructions. These workers get paid more than some people with college degrees. What is so difficult with following instruction to not put ketchup on things?
