  The older Hispanic woman who took my order Sunday morning at around 11am was very rude and made it 100% clear she wasnt interested in being kind. The app wasnt working for a quesadilla order so I asked to order in store then tried to tell me the guacamole wasnt free with the cheese quesadilla even though I literally showed her she said no let's go hurry up. I then tried to order a bowl and ended up needing her to remake it because she was behaving so rudely that she disnt listen to what I was asking. The woman who checked me out and took my payment was very kind.

  Had to make my first-ever review because these portions are SO DISRESPECTFUL. Everything was going smoothly until I got to the corn. Where it was empty clearly, I still asked for double corn, and the girl serving gave me didn’t even bother to change it out the whole interaction, and somehow I ended up with barely any corn . And oh- did not even get the double corn I asked for. Then I asked for guacamole, (bottom of the barrel you could literally see the silver bottom more than the guac) and she gave me the tiniest, runniest little sliver of guac I have ever seen on a bowl. At that point, I genuinely had to ask myself what I did to deserve this. I’m honestly so disappointed. I should’ve just gone to the Countryside/La Grange location. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. If you ever find yourself here against your will know that you have been warned. 😭!!!!

  I came in at 6:40 and didn’t leave til 7:00pm. I started ordering and they had very little options left. I ended up getting scraps of everything but figured the toppings will make it taste better and I was very hungry. Then surprise surprise. Very few toppings left. Mind you, they close at 10pm. Then their cash register needed to be rebooted and held up the line that was almost outside the door. I was like maybe I’ll get some chips to make it taste a little better since it’s so plain. Guess what? no chips. And to top this all off, the lady charged me wrong and I didn’t realize until I got home. Very disappointed. Would NOT recommend this location.

  The manager working there was extremely rude to us. She had kicked me and my family out for speaking our native language. My daughters were talking with one another in our native language and the manager and old lady with blond hair and wrinkles everywhere had gotten mad and threw our bowls into the garbage. She had said that we were talking bad about her when we were just talking with one another.She doesn’t know a word of our language and shouldn’t be making assumptions. Also, she had been giving us tiny portions and would get more and more mad each time we asked her and we had told her that we would pay extra. Towards the end of our conflict she had threatened to call the police on us. Me and my family feel extremely discriminated against. This lady is a racist and people shouldn’t get kicked out for speaking their native language. It is our first amendment to speak in any language we desire we have freedom of speech and we hadn’t said anything wrong.

  I’ve been many chipotles across America . This is easily a top 3 out of all the Chipotles I’ve been to ! Great portions . You get what you pay for . Good customer service !
