  Probably the worst location I’ve been to. I love the Frankfort 7Brew. My drinks (iced chai) have consistently been terrible. The lines have been too long for me to ask for the drinks to be remade. My recent visit was most likely the last to this location. I’m polite, but not a very talkative person. I appreciate the employees kindness, and I’m positive they do work very hard, but being pushed into a conversation after kindly turning one down is a turn off. I am truly not a rude person by any means, but social cues are huge, especially in the service industry. I work with the general public and feel I can appropriately tell when someone is quieter or less open to conversation, and adjust myself to better fit their experience. My drink today was made wrong. It was a free drink, no biggie. I let the girl know and they fixed the drink- except, it seems the lid wasn’t removed, and the cold foam was put into the drink through the mouth hole. The cup and lid were covered in cold foam and coffee grounds. It looked like a clean up attempt was maybe made, but I got a little paranoid over the cleanliness, so I threw the drink away. I haven’t heard anything bad from others about this location, so maybe just poor personal experiences.

  This was my first experience at this location and had our order taken by Lizzy T (might have said her name was Lindsey I can’t quite remember) and she was GREAT! High energy and very friendly/funny! Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a 7 brew! The coffees all tasted great and were exactly what we asked for, i didn’t catch the name of the girl who handed us our order but she was also very friendly and nice! I wish the locations closer to me in Chicago had staff as great as this location! And my mom wishes you guys had a location a little closer to her in the Kankakee or Clifton but this was her first time at 7brew and she loved the experience!

  Two guys came up to my window wanting a review. It didn’t take much to persuade me because I already think the service, quality, and atmosphere are great. I’m always laughing because there’s always at least one person messing around. But these two were hilarious they were making the whole staff laugh and they were going up to cars asking questions. When they came up to me they asked what they could do to get a review, I didn’t know what so they started doing Fortnite emotes. Very great experience!

  I always go to 7 Brew and it’s awesome every time I go. The people there are always really nice, friendly and easy to make conversation with. Natalie took my order earlier tonight and she was super nice. We had a funny conversation about my car being all dented up from the hail, and she was also really helpful explaining some of the drinks to me. Overall, it was a great experience like always, and the good customer service is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.

  Listen, I know this place is new. But as someone that went through the hiring process and has been in the coffee business for 8 years now, I feel like I have the service and atmosphere that this company is supposed to bring down by now. There should be no reason that the person take my order is walking up behind my car and not greeting me before saying “what’s your phone number” and then continuously interrupting me while I’m trying to order. I understand having rude customers throughout the day can be rough on the mental, but don’t take it out on someone that could’ve been really empathetic if I would’ve known how the day was going before you decided to have an attitude with me. And not to mention, every time I’ve gone, the consistency with drinks is not there, and I’ve had an issue with attitude from at least one person working. Not really the energy you wanna bring to a company that’s main focus is “cultivating kindness”.
