  I’ve been to this location three times in the last week, and every single time I’ve had issues with the quality of the food and the service during the night shift. I usually order the same thing — fries and a Baja Blast — and every visit this week the employees appeared extremely out of it and careless about the food being served. The fries have repeatedly tasted old and stale, like they were sitting out for hours instead of being made fresh. On my most recent visit, they were so bad it honestly seemed like they had been sitting there for three hours or longer. I’ve also had to ask multiple times for my Baja Blast because it wasn’t included correctly with my order. At this point, this is becoming unacceptable. I have photos of the food and copies of every receipt from these visits. I would like corporate contact information or a response regarding how this location plans to address these ongoing issues.

  I had an issue ordering due to loosing my wallet, but was able to have some semi quick thinking and order on the app instead! All the workers there were so nice (ESPECIALLY the front window teller at 5pm today) and made my day. Thank you all!

  Called about this old food and was told to stop by when I can even gave the lady my name. This is a town far from where I am took me around a week. I eventually came by and no longer had my physical receipt. Long story short the lady at the window was disgusting and said she doesn't give out free food as I tried explaining to her that it was in my phone somewhere and that it was long ago. Anyways I felt disrespected cause I came there to order food and told them I had this situation first thats needs to be resolved.

  We went through the drive through and have rarely had experiences like this. The worker who helped us was named Miguel. I had some questions about the new menu and we had certain restrictions because of a dairy allergy and he was NICEST worker ever. He answered all of our questions and gave some great suggestions for some different options. He also specially marked and separated the food for no cross contamination, which a lot of other people don't take the time to do in a fast paced environment. Everything came out in under 5 minutes and was pretty good as well. He was so polite about everything and handled it in a timely manner. If I was running my own business I would want a bunch of people like him in my store. I rarely leave reviews about drivethru's, but this guy deserves recognition for how kind and efficient he was.
