- JSJoe SchmoApr 18, 20261.0Placed an order, waited over an hour, and when we called for an order update they told us they had no pizzas. Why would they not call and tell us that when the order was placed?! The guy was extremely rude as well. Terrible customer service.

Called the store 20 times and never got an answer. Tried calling the next day and still never got an answer. Contacted corporate and they did nothing about it. Just gave them a second chance and ordered online, it registered it as a cash payment even though my card was loaded and I don’t have cash. Called seven times and no one ever answered. Had to pay the doordasher on cashapp.. food came burnt as well.

So an hour later or so later “thinking they’re busy” no Actually no one is even getting your pizza and “we can re send a dasher” here’s your cold pie and sticks though that’s the best we can do
