  Every time I go, they have to make mistake when I go back to get it fixed. They tried to accuse me of wanting something for free when I even have the receipt. Don’t make mistakes if you don’t want to correct them

  Just left the drive thru...I placed my order a hashbrown mcgriddle and a pop at 10:17 got my pop and was told to pull up and wait by a white car. There was already 4-5 cars waiting for food. There was a young kid going up to cars up to 10 cars now...trying to find who ordered what food. NEVER came to my car. Finally after over 15 mins and still NO FOOD I watched as cars around me left. Cars that parked AFTER me. I went inside to either find my food or get my $ back. Myself and prolly 5 other people had gotten out of their cars to go in to find their food!!! They found my order ( which was cold ) and said they were looking for me and I advised them NO ONE came to my car. I asked for fresh food and left. Took me just shy of 30 mins to get my food!!! Ill NEVER go back there.

  Yesterday, I placed my online order through the app and it took nearly a half hour if not more to get it. This is unacceptable service for mobile order customers. I got so fed up with the wait that I went inside after 20 minutes, waited another 10 or more minutes, then someone tried bringing the food out to my car. They saw I wasn't in there and just went in and set the food on the back counter for another 5 minutes. Then decided to ask if anyone had a mobile order which I said I did. And instead of remaking my food since it had been sitting out, they just hand it to me, no apologies or anything. So I leave and get home to discover THEY GAVE ME NO FRIES WHICH IS ON MY RECEIPT! I am so disgusted with this place that I will NEVER order from this location again! I want a refund for this unprofessional crap!
